LGV, HGV, C1 Driver Training

AJM Transport Training was established in 1997 and since then we have trained many many satisfied pupils to pass their practical driving tests and get them on their way to reach their LGV driving goal. We are an independent school and not a LGV/HGV broker or intermediary.The LGV training company was founded by Tony Mellon who started his LGV driving career in 1984 as a heavy equipment transporter operator with The Royal Corps of Transport, Tony then worked within the haulage industry gaining vast experience, he also gained the Certificate of professional competence in road haulage(Transport Manager) at Riversdale Technical College Liverpool. Tony then passed the Voluntary register for LGV Driving Instructors exams in both instructional ability and driving ability for the qualifying periods.
At AJM Transport Training we can train private pupils who wish to take HGV training or LGV category C or C+E training for an exiting new career or accommodate companies wishing to upgrade their employees driving licenses to drive larger vehicles. Our training vehicle is a 2004 registration M.A.N 12 220 with an 8 speed gearbox.
For our category C1driving courses We have an easy to drive Volkswagen LT46 ambulance size van which is an ideal vehicle to train on if you are thinking of joining the Paramedic/Ambulance service or you need to drive a larger horsebox.
